ACM Services, Inc. completed selective interior and exterior demolition as part of a complex redevelopment project involving two structures—Building A and Building B. The scope of work included the removal of CMU wall partitions, ACT and plaster ceilings, elevated concrete slabs, slab-on-grade (SOG), concrete and steel columns, I-beams, roofing materials, and extensive brick and CMU façade elements. Additional selective demolition tasks were performed to accommodate structural modifications and system upgrades.
