ACM Services, Inc. supported a structurally sensitive renovation project at a historic property, requiring the coordination and installation of shoring, bracing, and a dance platform, executed by a trusted subcontractor to ensure safety and stability throughout the process. Our team performed selective exterior demolition of a wood-structured roof and carefully dismantled portions of an existing stone wall. Given the historic significance of the building, extra care was taken to preserve surrounding elements while executing each phase with precision and control.
