ACM Services, Inc. completed a turnkey environmental and demolition project at the Marriott Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia, as part of a multi-phase renovation effort. The scope included asbestos abatement and selective interior and exterior demolition across the first and second floors. Our team carefully removed 14 balconies, sidewalk and asphalt slabs, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, storefront components, and other targeted architectural features. Operating within an active hotel environment, we coordinated closely with other trades to ensure minimal disruption while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. This project showcases ACM’s ability to deliver comprehensive, detail-oriented solutions in complex, occupied spaces.
